Hil does some funny thumb-sucking in the vid! “Reach Out” featuring rapper The Prophet is the first single off Hilary’s compilation album titled Best of Hilary Duff due to hit stores shelves on November 11. The song was produced by Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic).
