Today at 2pm, I'm suppose to meet my Personal Trainer for my first workout session with him. I was late to meet him on time so I message him as I was haing my lunch at City Hall plus I also overslept this morning. Arrive the Gym about 2.30pm, get my towel card and sit down wait for him and Ezal. Ezal had gone out for lunch*i think* so I went to training with Adris who is my PT. When to change and get a set of towel, done changing went to find Adris at the Fitness counter. He check my high blood pressure and heartbeat. Done that went on to the 2nd floor to run the stupid threatmill machine. Suppose to run 5.5 minute and until the last 1 second, I let go of my hand from the handle to scratch my leg. Guess what, I hurt my knee cap. hahaha... I wasn't worried but Adris was as he says that he's my PT and he got responsible to take care of me from injury.*Adris, I told you already this isn't my worst injury, I got my worst once when I was in Sec 5 did my long jump, got the stupid knee injured. That was my worst, OK!! Plasted the knee for bout 1 week. Nothing happen!!* I told him that I'm fine but he doesn't trust me and say that you injured your knee cap and later you will feel the pain but I didn't feel any pain at all. He say he check with his boss and his boss also say that I can't contine my workout and ask me go home. SO I did change but didn't go home. Wait for Ezal to do transfer of membership thingy. Waited for him about 2 hours to 3 hours. It was a long time, OK!! I wonder what he talk with his client??? While sitting down and waits for Ezal, chat with Aris for a while. Now I know that he stay at Hougang but no use damn far from Queenstown and he is attach with his beautiful gf. He play basketball freestyle since he was in primary 6 till after NS.. Now he is an old dude age 22 years old who are older than me 3 years. When he was introduce to 2 new girl for their first workout, I found out that those 2 girl likes him and keep on looking at him and smiles shyly!!! OMG!!! I'm so busybody, No choice boring and got nothing to do!!!! Done doing things with Ezal by 6pm then help mummy do something then head to Dawson to have dinner with them!!!! WHat a day????
