After sending my sister to her private school at Raffles Place, I went to Bukit Merah Central because my stupid mp3 player spoiled again... When I got there, the person told me that the product needs to send in to the suppliers and change it... I ask them how long do I have to wait if I send my mp3 to the supplier!!!! They told me not sure of it.. Then I scold them, if you can't change the parts that crash, I would just throw this stupid mp3 away. They told me that I can change another mp3 player which means ask me to upgrade my mp3 player and they say they will give me a reasonable price for the next mp3. I ask them can they repair my mp3 player, if they can't repair it no use asking me to waste my time waiting for the mp3 to get it repair. I ask them how long do you want me to wait if I send this mp3 player to service. They say not sure how long I need to wait. I told them if you people can't repair the mp3 player, you tell me and I will throw this product away and buy a Apple Nano.. I also told them since this product is giving me problem, do you think I will buy another one of your products? They even agree with me that their other product also got problem!!!!!!! NO MORE NEXT TIME I'M BUYING FUTURE MP3 PLAYER!!!!
