After thinking about it for 2 days and I had advice from few of my friend and they also advice me not to continue this relationship. Face the reality as he is one side of the world and I'm on the other part of the world. So I had write him an email of my answer, here's what I write to him.
Hey...
I just want to tell you that I'm not so confidence in long distance relationship as I think that long distance relationship is a bit risky as I don't know you so well and you also don't know me so well. Even though I say "I love you" to you as a friend and I doesn't want you to think that I really fallen in love with you as I myself also don't know what's my feelings towards you. If I hurt your feelings, I would say that I'm so sorry that I given you hope and say no to you. Moreover, you still had 3 more year only you will finish your job and I still have 2 more year to finish my diploma. We maintain as friends and depends on the fate whether we will have the chance of being together with each other or not. You can go find other girl who is much better then me and who can take care of you.
Hopefully what I write here won't be hurting him or making him sad.
