6th October 2006 – Today lesson was “how lan zhou” I don’t know why the person who set the problem want to set the worksheet and problem statement so difficult sia. I feel like killing the person lolx. So my group member and I first do our FMT then only we proceed to the worksheet after the faci has discussed the FMT with the whole class. Then when we were doing the worksheet, one question requires us to calculate the average of fish being caught per hour, so we need to open the worksheet and do. At first I forgot how to calculate the sum and average then after trying asking my former maths faci, she told me use our usual way to calculate it in semester 1 as she had already teaches us. When I know how to calculate it already, I teach my team mates as they don’t know how, after teaching them I had a problem how to know how many people didn’t caught one fish or etc. Then Nadia come to the rescue when she teach Fidah how to calculate it then Fidah teach me and Cloud and Wei Lik. When we done doing the calculating the average of the fish we need to come up with a histogram, I and Cloud was doing it. Suddenly, Cloud says he accidentally close the excel sheet without saving it. How clever was he?? So clever that he forgot to save the excel sheet then he “fung” already. He starts to talk nonsense with us. But I pity him as he did it so hard and suddenly everything gone. I will also be like him if everything I do suddenly lost. During the second break, he told us he had already planned his future, he says he will be taking Diploma in Hotel Management and Hospitality at night. Then he will work for 2 days or 3 days. Then he paid every thing by himself, his laptop, school fees, clothes, food and etc. younger then me also so mature already plus working liao. Where else I did planned my future, I will finish my 3 year diploma here then work back 3 years. Total is 6 years then I will pursue my studies at Japan or US in animation. He’s a very thoughtful and mature guy for his age 18 years old, he even planned going to Europe for one month next semester break and this December going to Australia with his friend. How nice, I also want to go but no money and parents don’t let me go. So I need to save up money for my trip to Taiwan next year to watch Jay’s concert. Hopefully it won’t contradict with my studies as in year 2 and year 3 I’ve lots of thing to do. So don’t know I will be free or not. Haix,..
