Yesterday , my BB suppose to starts at 5.15.p.m. but we can't get to the court because there were few of my senior still haven't change their attire and the gurl toilet was packed. Our coach already arrive the court at 5.p.m. when the captain annouvce it to us and our reaction was "Shit, what's she going to say or do to us?" One of my senior says "lets tell her that she was suppose to meet us here, at RPC then only we go to the court and practice." But too bad, our manager was on the phone with her so there's no way we could escape from her punishment.......
When we arrive the court, she asks us to run around the court 6 round and i was like "Man, again!!! when i was doing my NS" i did run but that was a year ago and after that i din do any running so after yesterday running i was damn exhausted and then we do some warm up. After the warm up, we did the seaside. You must be thinking what it is?? It's where you need to run to the quarter of the court den come back den to the center court den come back den go to the end of the court and come back the main point and you need to continue this for the next two round.
At first i think i can't make it, but i can make. Thank God...... then we start to do warms up on our hand after the arm practice we have 15 minutes break for us to wipe our sweats and drink water. After i drink my water, i pick up a ball and starts to play point shooting. i tries to do the 3-pin point shooting but too bad maybe too long din play basketball, so that's why starts to lacking in the shooting.
After the break, we do dribble and ball passing then lay-out.... i did quite gud lol..... i manage to goal twice ..... :cry: at least still can score 2 goal. After that we do the passing plus lay-out for that i suxz... really suxz till the end...... i was so exhuasted by those running and dribble.......
when the coach told us that she won't continue the training because she knows that everyone was exhause by training so she lets us go home. Before we go home, our captain ask us to do slow running 2 round, after the 2 round we do exercise so that we won't be having body aching the next day. When the exercise done, they want us ,the newbie to intro ourselves after the intro we can go home.
So i was the first person go home first cause stay damn far from Woodlands. I stay at Queenstown so need to change train summore. By the time i reach home, it was an quarter to nine. When i reach home, i need to take a nice shower then only go and have my dine. By the time i finish my bath it was 9.20.p.m. alreadi. Thank god my hair was short so it dried faster so i manage to go to sleep.
